  5. Now keep the pudina coriander left over paste.it will use in aloo masala filling.
  6. Add 4 glass of water inpudina coriander mixture.mix it well.add black salt,blacj pepper,salt to taste,c umin powder,mango powder,red chilli powder,chaat masala,boondi.mix it well.pani is ready.
  7. Take a bowl,add mashed potato,coriander,cumin,red chilli powder,little bit black salt,salt,paste of pudina coriander mix it well.aloo masala is ready.pani puri is ready to serve.enjoy !!!
