Instructions to make Besan ke Ladoo:
  1. Add ½ cup ghee to a pot/ kadai, once the ghee is hot add 1.5 cups besan to it. And start mixing it. Keep stringing it and roasting it till the ghee starts releasing.
  2. You will have to stir it for about 20-30 mins. On low to medium flame.once the mixture is loose and cooked sprinkle two table spoon water all over it with the help of your hands and start stirring it till the water evaporates.
  3. Take the mixture out on a plate and spread it out to cool it down.
  4. Do not add sugar to the hot mixture as it will melt and release water.once it has cooled down add ¼tsp of cardamom powder/ elaichi powder and mix it in.
  5. Add 1 cup powdered sugar and knead it in. Take small parts and start shaping them in to balls.
  6. Garnish with pista and serve❤❤
  7. Note:- if the mixture is too soft after cooling then keep it in the fridge for sometime before shaping in to balls.if the mixture is too hard then add 1 tbsp warm ghee and mix.
