- For puri:- Take all-purpose flour add salt and baking soda start making dough by adding water.Then put it for rest about 10 - 15 min. After that make a chapati of it and by using ny glass or bown in round shape cut it and fry it in a pan.

- Lastly take a puri add boil and mashed potato, onion and sev to it. Then add Mitha pani at last thikha one. Serve before it turns soggy.
