- In a mixing bowl take dough and add 1- tbsp ghee and knead again.divided dough into equal portions and roll each portion to make round balls.
- Take a kadai,heat oil,deep fry the gulab jamun on medium flame,till gets brown colour.
- In a pan add sugar,water and 1-tbsp cardamom powder, to boil and turn off flame cover pan with lead.syrup is ready.
- Drop the fried gulab jamun into the sugar syrup and cover pan with lead.keep a side for 2-4 hours.
- Suji gulabjamun is ready.
- Rabri:take 1/2- litter milk full cream milk and cook in a pan.milk gets boiled add,cardamom powder and cook for 5-minutes. Constant stirring for 10- minutes.
- Add 3- slice breadcums,cut corners and make breadcums.and stir well.
- Add condensed milk (milkmaid homemade)and mix well.cook for 5-mins with constant stirring.
- Add 1/2-cup pander and cook well.(homemade)mix well and cook for 5-minutes.
- Take a owndish and transfer init.now keep rabri in fridge for 2-hours.now take boondi and gulabjamun and add mix dry fruits,and mix well.
- Top with dry fruits and bake in preheated oven at 180 for 10- minute.
- Garnish with boondiand dry fruits
