Quickly start tapping the handle of the ladle
- Once the bubble remove and you could see boondis, take out from the oil and keep it on the absorbing paper.. Repeat to finish and ladle should be clean every time before pouring the batter. (Note:- don't over cook boondis, otherwise it will become more crispy)
- Now make sugar syrup Take a pan, add water and sugar, orange colour and cardamom powder and cook it until it become one string consistency Turn off the gas. Add 1 tsp lemon juice.. Add the prepared boondis and some finely chopped pistachios and mix well and keep it for 30 minutes….
- After 30 minutes lets start making ladoos…. Grease your hand with ghee and make laddoo of desire size Garnish with pistachios
