Steps to make Poha upma:
  1. First of all take thin poha, soaked into water upto five to seven minutes.

  3. At medium low flame, add oil, when heated put mustard seeds then curry leaves, chopped onion and green chilli with peas.
  4. Mix well and cook for five minutes then add soaked thin poha, this poha absorbed lots of water so it's texture become changed and it looks as poha thick batter, now mix carefully.
  5. Then added all dry spices mix well cook it another five minutes, then add lemon juice mix again and stop cooking.
  6. Now garnish with chopped onion, green chillies, sev bhuja and tomato sauce.
