- Get 2 tbsp green chilli garlic ginger paste
- Prepare 1 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
- Get 2 tsp Turmeric Powder
- Take 1/2 tsp Khichadi masala
- Prepare Salt as per taste

- Mix dal take all dal 1/4 cup, mix with rice. Wash it. Soak it for 1/2 hr.
- Chop all veggies.
- Take a cooker on Medium flame. Add oil and ghee together. Add mustard seeds let crackled. Add cumin seeds, cloves, black pepper, cinnamon stick.
- Now add chopped onions. Saute it till golden. Add dry red chilli, green chilli garlic ginger paste. Saute it.
- Now add tomatoes and capsicum. Saute it for a min. Add other veggies. Saute it properly.
- Add all dry masala. Saute it.
- Add salt and soaked dal-rice.
- Mix it all well saute it for 2-3 min. Now add required water. Mix it. Close the cooker lid. And get 4 whistle.
- Let it cool down open it. Will get super spicy and soft shahi Khichadi. Serve with raita, Onions and mini papad. I make it twist. SEE THE STEP 10
- For Sizzler Khichadi : Put tava or griddle on medium high flame. Let it heat up to extreme. Put Cabbage leaves on it. Now take full bowl Khichadi just flip it on hot cabbage leaves. Now take butter and put it under the Cabbage leaves on each sides. Will get full sizzling iffect. Off the gas. After few seconds take Khichadi on plate and enjoyyyyyyyyyyyy sizzler Khichadi.
