Ready the stuffing for the dumplings;Take mixed vegetables and cut into small pieces and boil them for 5 min.Then blend little.(not in paste for) Now take a spoon of oil in a pan and heat it add cumin seeds and vegetables in it,add salt,red chilli acc.to your taste then mix well for 5 min. Now stuffing is ready…
  3. Make small balls of dough,then roll like roti of dough,then fill the stuffing with the help of spoon,then shape according to yours choice..
  4. Take a steamer…put water in at lower part and ready for cook,put the momos or dumplings into the tray,apply butter with the help of brush or cotton ball on the momos,now steam it for 25 min.
  5. Yummy momos or dumplings will be ready with sauce or mayonese….
